MOVELA IMMIGRATION
ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS

You can verify my status as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) by visiting the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants’ website. Once on the site, search for “Laurence Mouila-Vertueux.”

The initial consultation serves to:

  • Evaluate your eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs
  • Discuss the necessary requirements for a successful application
  • Review the steps involved in the application process and timelines
  • Discuss professional fees for representation if you choose to use Movela Immigration Services Inc.

You will need to fill out a form beforehand to establish your immigration profile and provide personalized advice for your situation. This is also the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Yes, of course. Movela offers a file review service under the name “Canada Pas à Pas”. Once your forms are filled out or your Express Entry profile is completed, we can review everything to ensure you have provided the correct information.

Submitting and following up on your application with IRCC will remain your responsibility, as the file review is not legal representation. I will not be your authorized representative.

Movela Immigration Services can only provide advice regarding Canadian immigration. It is your responsibility to search for a job.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. If you reside in Canada, you can also make email transfers (Interac).

We understand that representation fees, government fees, and certified translation costs can add up quickly.

Depending on the type of application, Movela Immigration Services offers payment options. Please note, however, that an initial payment is required upon signing the contract before any work begins.

While we do our best to create the strongest possible application, the final decision lies with the immigration officer. No representative (RCIC, lawyer, or notary) is allowed to guarantee the acceptance of your application, and this is prohibited by law.
Similarly, billing based on the acceptance of your application is also prohibited by law. Therefore, no refund will be issued if your application is not approved. The amount paid covers advice, the time spent preparing your application, and the follow-up during the waiting period—not a guarantee of the outcome.

But of course, we work hard to build a high-quality application to maximize your chances.

The processing time depends on several factors, such as the type of application, your country, and the complexity of your case. Movela will keep you updated regularly on the progress of your file.

Quel que soit votre projet, nous sommes là pour vous guider.

Ces situations sont courantes, et beaucoup d’autres personnes rencontrent des obstacles similaires dans leurs démarches.
